Canon: Distraught at the loss of his beloved daughter Honey, Professor Kisaragi chose worthwhile candidates, girls with the same birthday as hers, to try and rebuild her in cyborg form. Installed with the Honey System, these girls are capable of creating objects out of thin air - weapons, clothing, money, anything at all. It is this power which allows these girls to transform into heroines utilizing all of their super strength, intelligence, and fantastic healing powers. At least, that was the intent. But when it became obvious that those girls' systems were blighted with imperfection, Professor Kisaragi scrapped the idea and built an android daughter instead.

This Honey is an extremely upbeat, overly excitable and cheerful extrovert with a passionate love of fun and friendship. She is also amazingly empty-headed and lacking in common sense for someone with a genius IQ, though she sort of makes up for with sheer determination. Putting a bright spin on things is Honey's specialty. She never thinks twice in any situation, least of all when jumping to save someone from possible danger. For Honey, the things that really matter are having friends and getting to play. When push comes to shove she can more than act her age, but the immature streak never quite vanishes. This is a girl who dances around in utter joy when she gets an answer right in class or when she slams into a bad guy with her boobs. Or butt. Or both! But at least with the evil organization Panther Claw lurking in the shadows, there's no shortage of exciting things for her to contend with.

Hiiii! I'm Kisaragi Honey! It's great to meet you. I'm good at studying and fighting. Oh and eating too, and gym class, and brain surgery. So there are a lot of things that we can do together! Let's get along, okay? Friends should get along, and that's what we are now. Because we met we can be friends forever! Isn't that great? Now we can do everything together! Like, um ... what do you do here, anyway? Eugh, it smells bad too. Maybe I should be a garbageman and help clean up soon.

Why are you joining our happy community?
Yes! Because I was told to! The letter I got said that this was the happiest place on Earth, and that I was only going to get a free pass if I came right away, so I packed up everything important and did just that. It also said that there was going to be a special prize for whoever came in first place in the Tuesday Food Eating Contest! So I made sure to come hungry to seal my victory.

Why not both? I’m strong enough to carry both of them together all the way down. We’ll probably even be friends once we get to the bottom of the cliff too, and Mr. Criminal will say thank you and he and the dog will live together. Or maybe the dog will learn to be a criminal too. Well, at least they wouldn’t be lonely!

Medical Info: Blood type B! Looks, feels, reacts just like a normal human. Somehow. All her charts and official paperwork list her age as 16 and her birth date, though she is in actuality less than three years old, being that she is an android. She was just built to be 16, so if asked, that's how she'll answer.

Physical traits: See above. Also note that she is an android, but you'd never know unless you can see lifelines or something. When she transforms herself into Cutie Honey, her hair changes. It becomes shorter and bright red.

What's Okay To Mention Around Her: Anything? Anything.

Abilities: HA HA okay so she has a genius IQ and can rattle off names, numbers, and facts when asked. She has a Honey System (also known as the Airborne Element Fixing Device), and that's where all the real abilities come from. By pressing the heart emblem on her necklace, she can "Flash", which can allow her to a) create something out of thin air (clothing, money, food, whatever she thinks of) or b) take solid matter (such as a person) and essentially destroy it on a cellular level, or banishing it into thin air. How? Science. Who knows. Her speed, agility, stamina, and healing factors are all much higher than a regular person. In fact, if she is wounded at all, it will bleed for a few seconds before the system heals her.

Also an important note: Whenever she uses the system to Flash into a certain role - like a brain surgeon or hostess - she also gains the abilities associated with that role. So essentially she is a really dipsy Barbie doll, with every career and ability at her fingertips.

Notes for the Psychics: I'm so sorry. She's as dipsy as she looks.

Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Uh yeah sure go for it.

Hugging/Kissing/Other non-violent physical contact: Iyaaaaa~n (yes).

Maim/Murder/Death: Yyyyyyes, though "death" is a little tricky given the system. You'd have to cut off her head to get it to stick.

Cooking: The Honey System means she's a fantastic cook!
